1. Returns:

We strive to deliver high-quality prints that meet or exceed your expectations. In the event that you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not match the specifications of your order, please contact us within [2] days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Custom or personalized orders are exempt from being returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Refunds:

Upon approval of your return, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to reach your account may vary, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's policies.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the printing process has started, cancellations may not be possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or a description of the error to expedite the resolution process.
