DTF Printing Policies, Artwork Requirements & Return Policy
Customer Acknowledgement
By placing an order with Vinyl Room Middle Tennessee (VRMT), you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agree to all of the policies and artwork requirements listed below.
General Policy
VRMT is not liable for any damage that occurs after the transfer has been applied.
All sales are final.
If VRMT makes an error during production, we will gladly correct it.
Submitting the wrong color, incorrect artwork, incorrect sizing, or poor-quality files is not
considered a VRMT error.
We do not make adjustments, edits, corrections, or color changes to artwork submitted by
customers.
We print exactly what is submitted.
Artwork Submission Guidelines
Please read all requirements carefully before placing your order.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING YOUR ARTWORK MEETS THESE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE
SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER.
These guidelines are intended to help you achieve the highest print quality possible.
Failure to follow these requirements may result in poor print quality, order cancellation, or denial of
refunds.
Accepted File Types
PNG (Transparent Background)
AI
PDF
Preferred File:
Transparent PNG

300 DPI minimum
Sized to the actual print size or larger
Artwork Requirements
Image Size
Submit artwork at the exact size you want printed.
Your transfer will be printed according to the longest side selected during checkout.
Maximum print width:
22 inches
Length selected during checkout.
If your design measures between available lengths (for example, 30"), please purchase the next available
size (40"), not the smaller size (20").
Background Removal
Remove all backgrounds before submitting artwork.
If your artwork contains a background, white box, colored square, or unwanted elements, they will print
exactly as submitted.
Our printers print white ink, so white backgrounds and white boxes will print unless removed.

Line Thickness
Fine outlines and details must be at least 0.35 pt thick.
Lines that are thinner than this may not receive enough adhesive and may fail to transfer properly.
Color Disclaimer
VRMT is not responsible for color accuracy.
Customers are responsible for verifying all colors before submitting artwork.

We do not:

*Color match
*Adjust colors
*Correct colors
*Review colors before printing
Most artwork is created in RGB, while all printers print using CMYK.
Because of this conversion, printed colors may vary from what is displayed on your computer, tablet, or
phone screen

Small Text & Fine Detail
Text smaller than 0.35 inches may not print clearly.
Very fine lines and intricate details may not adhere properly during the transfer process.
For best results:

*Increase line thickness
*Add a stroke to thin text
*Simplify extremely fine artwork

VRMT is not responsible for artwork that falls below these minimum printing requirements.

Transparency & Special Effects
The following effects are not compatible with DTF printing:

*Drop shadows
*Transparency
*Semi-transparent effects
*Fade effects
*Certain gradients

Please remove these effects before submitting artwork.
They will not print as they appear on your screen.

Resolution Requirements
Artwork should be created at 300 DPI for optimal print quality.
Low-resolution images may print:


*Blurry
*Pixelated
*Soft
*Jagged

Inspect your artwork carefully before submitting.
Pixelated edges often produce unwanted white outlines around the finished print.
High-resolution artwork produces cleaner transfers and better results.

Order Cancellation
If submitted artwork does not meet the minimum production requirements, VRMT reserves the right to:

*Cancel the order
*Request corrected artwork before printing

Return Policy
Because every transfer is custom printed to your specifications:

*No returns
*No exchanges
*No refunds

Refunds will not be issued due to:
*Poor-quality artwork submitted by the customer
*Incorrect colors submitted
*Incorrect sizing
*Backgrounds left on artwork
*Low-resolution images
*Failure to follow artwork guidelines

Copyright & Trademark Policy
VRMT cannot print copyrighted or trademarked artwork without proper authorization.
Please submit only artwork that you own or have legal permission to reproduce.
Orders containing unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked material will be refused.
